James has over 30 years of experience as both a subcontractor and general field superintendent for some of the largest multi family development and construction companies in the State of Texas.  James has built projects in most of the major metropolitan markets in Texas as well as hard to build markets such as the Permian Basin.

Richard is a graduate of Texas Tech University and calls Lubbock his home.  He has over 15 years of experience in the commercial, medical, remodel, single family, and multi family sectors.  His background from onsite superintendent to project manager gives him a diverse knowledge base that many companies do not have.
